Sorry if this is in the wrong area cajun, please feel free to move it.

We have dealt with this guy on several occasions now on MSA. He has been conducting very questionable business practices. Selling merchandise to forum members, and never sending the item. He will not respond to any correspondence from the buyer.
Probably about a year ago we had a member join under the username "fingerfoot" and tried to sell some merchandise based out of Indiana. Shortly thereafter we had a new member register under the name "RIP Fingerfoot". This new user claimed to be fingerfoot's brother and said that fingerfoot had been killed in a terrible car crash. Although we have yet to find any record of this car crash. We have however found record of him scamming people on Massachusetts Airsoft using the same user name. We have most recently had a member join named "sgtdispennett". He claimed he was in the Marines and was currently an LE officer in IN. There is suspicion that this may be "Tony Oliver", but that is simply a suspicicion. "sgtdispennett" has not sent his item to one of our members and does not respond to any correspondence, it was at this point that we dug into him and found the same email address and phone number used by Fingerfoot, and both IP's trace to the Indianapolis, IN area.

Yes, he's been selling items, and not shipping. under the name "sgtdispennett" he told the same story of somebody being killed in the exact same accident on another forum this time it was his "uncle". He posted a picture of the accident, which I found through a simple google image search. The picture was from an accident in bangkok and the driver survived. So just be on the lookout for him. He does answer that phone number.
